5. Shipping Costs
I’m offering FREE shipping worldwide for orders over 15 EUR.
6. Downloads
After receipt of money the download links will be unlocked in your account instantly. If you chose Bank Transfer as payment option, unlocking may last up to 24 hours after receipt of money. You are able to download your products up to five times for the next seven days. For that you need to log in to your account with your eMail address and your password.
Clips are packed in ZIP files, the format of the clips is Windows-Media-Video (wmv) or h264/AAC (mp4). You have to fulfill all requirements to watch the files by yourself.
7. Cancellation / Conversion Rights
At any time you may cancel your order as long as your order is not prepared for download. There are no conversion rights for the clips as soon as you begin to download your clip.
8. Liability / Guarantee
I take no liability for money you sent via letter which has not arrived.
If the hosting server of the company, which fussphantasie.de depends on, fails, and therefore downloads have broken or have not been possible, they will get unlocked again for free.
9. Last Word
Unfortunately this is an obligation to write such bureaucratic terms in Germany
